• Feedback: Any feedback, reviews, or support requests you send us
• Payment Information: Billing information processed through our payment providers (we don't store payment details)

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, device identifiers
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage (anonymized)
• Performance Data: Processing times and app performance metrics
• Crash Reports: Information about app crashes (with your consent)

Face Data & Uploaded Media - Special Notice

What happens to your face data and uploaded photos:

• Collection: We collect user-provided photos that may contain faces for the sole purpose of generating AI headshots. We do not compute or store face geometry, faceprints, face embeddings, or biometric templates.
• No Biometric Processing: We do not access the TrueDepth camera, ARKit face-mapping APIs, or create any face geometry data. Your photos are treated as User Content (photos), not biometric data.
• Use: Your photos are used only to generate the AI headshots you request. We do not use your photos for advertising, marketing, profiling, or model training without your explicit consent.
• Processing: Photos are uploaded to our secure cloud servers for AI processing. Generated headshots are sent back to your device after processing.
• Storage: Original uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 30 days after processing. Generated headshots are stored temporarily for your download convenience and then deleted.
• Your Control: You can delete all your uploaded photos and generated headshots immediately at any time through the app's privacy settings or by contacting us.

AI Processing and Cloud Services

Cloud-Based Processing: All AI headshot generation happens on our secure cloud servers to provide advanced AI capabilities.

Children's Privacy

AIShot is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information from our records.
